The Eye Behind the Camera

ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Hi!I'm Keith BlanchetteI was born and raised in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where I was introduced to the outdoors from a young age. Some of my earliest memories are of tromping through the brush along a lake, trying to catch a frog or hook a brook trout.

My passion for photography began when I received a digital camera for Christmas in high school. From that point on, I was constantly taking pictures of everything I saw, from deer and moose to bugs and flowers.

When I graduated from college with a degree in wildlife biology, my graduation gift was my first professional grade camera. That camera was my sidekick as I travelled the country, studying different species of wildlife and experiencing what the western U.S. has to offer.

In 2025, I established Eye on the Wild, LLC so I could share my photos with you. Please reach out if there is something you would like to see, or would like to have a custom work of art made with one of my photos that is not offered in my store.

Stay tuned, I'll be posting new photos as often as I can!
